InfantSEE® is a public health program developed to provide professional eye care for infants nationwide.

Good eye health starts young; even babies need eye care. Your baby’s vision goes through many critical stages of development and potential eye or vision issues are not always obvious.

InfantSEE® vision assessments are available at no cost for infants six to twelve months of age. To assure your child has normal vision development, make an appointment for an InfantSEE® eye exam. After an infant exam, your child should then follow up at age three as well as age five or the beginning of kindergarten, or as recommended by your eye care professional at Isthmus Eye Care.

Thumbs up and stars

“Seeking any type of medical care triggers my anxiety, but my visit at Isthmus Eye Care was smooth and easy. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and kind, the equipment is cutting-edge (no more scary antiquated machines I've experienced elsewhere) and the doctors are very thorough. I feel 100% confident in my prescription and other recommendations regarding my eye care and am no longer as nervous to return to an optometrist following my experience here. Highly recommend.”
